Refund Policy

At JUNO & SONS, we’re committed to providing you with exceptional service and quality every time you visit our store.

 

While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, we do promise to refund items that are defective, faulty, not fit for their intended purpose, or that don’t match our product description. If that’s the case, please visit us in-store or contact us at  info@junoandsons.com.

 

Once we verify any issues, we’ll process your refund using the original payment method. Alternatively, you’re welcome to opt for store credit.

 

For exchanges or store credit due to a change of mind, we ask you to bring proof of purchase and visit us in-store within 14 days of your purchase. Acceptable proof can include your EFTPOS receipt, a printed tax receipt, or the emailed tax receipt for online orders. Please note that we may not be able to process exchanges or returns without proper proof of purchase.

 

To ensure a smooth exchange, should remain unused and suitable for resale. Items must be returned in as-new condition, complete with all packaging, labels, and tags, Thank you for choosing JUNO & SONS.
